Hours

Appointments are in CENTRAL TIME. If you are Eastern, add+1 to the times listed; if you are in Mountain, subtract -1 hour from the times; if Pacific, subtract -2 hours for the converted time.

Policy

All appointments must be booked at least 36 hours in advance. You can reschedule up to 24 hours in advance. Use your scheduling link to make the edit. Be sure to verify your complete phone number is properly entered into the request box.
